Dear colleagues,
It is an honor to serve as your new President. I’m deeply grateful for your dedication, compassion, and commitment to safe, high-quality care for the older adults. Together, we will continue strengthening our practice, supporting one another, and advancing the standards that our patients and communities deserve.
Our shared aim in the years ahead is to support gerontological development—through learning, innovation, and evidence-based improvement—while ensuring comprehensive, dignified, and patient-centered care for older adults.
As a college, our work will focus on three key directions:
- Quality gerontological education and professional development for our members.
- Improving elderly care through evidence-based practice, innovation, and clinical standards.
- Strengthening collaboration and outreach to support older adults, families, and the wider community.
